Revo / Fuel station operations

From fuel received to the daily cash-up.

We built Revo to connect fuel purchasing, tank stock, pump readings and daily sales, giving station teams a shared record of fuel movement and the money collected against it.

What we built

A connected record of every station day.

Fuel operations need both a physical stock position and a sales record. Revo connects tank and pump activity with receipts, daily sales and account transactions so the team can investigate differences using the underlying movements.

The fuel flow

Follow fuel from supplier to station tank.

Purchasing and receiving establish the incoming stock record. Tank allocations, transfers and adjustments then explain the movements affecting expected stock.

  1. 01

    Purchase orders

Manage fuel purchasing with supplier orders and the information needed to follow incoming deliveries.

  2. 02

    Goods receiving

Record fuel receipts and allocate delivered litres to station tanks. Capture tank dips before and after receiving to support delivery checks.

  3. 03

    Tank stock

Keep tank configuration, physical readings and stock movements together. Follow deliveries, transfers and adjustments through the stock record.

The station day

Connect the readings to the cash-up.

Revo keeps fuel measurement and sales capture distinct, then brings them together for daily review. Teams can follow the station day while missing readings and incomplete capture remain visible.

  1. 01

    Tank and pump readings

Capture physical tank dips and digital and manual pump-meter readings. Use shift and closing readings to track fuel movement through the business day.

  2. 02

    Daily sales

Bring official litres sold together with daily fuel prices, cash received, POS totals and company account fuel draws.

  3. 03

    Cash-up and reconciliation

Review the daily account summary and reconcile sales with recorded cash, POS and account activity. Keep incomplete capture visible for follow-up.

  4. 04

    Operational reporting

See station performance, tank levels, sales trends, recent receipts and operational alerts, with station and period context.

Built around station operations

Make differences easier to investigate.

Stock control depends on a consistent chain of readings and movements. Revo provides the context needed to check the figures and understand what happened during the day.

One closing position carried forward

The closing stock-control reading becomes the next business day’s opening position, keeping the daily reconciliation connected.

Physical stock and expected stock

Tank dips record the measured fuel level. Expected stock is calculated from receipts, adjustments, transfers and pump sales, so the two can be compared.

Company accounts and station visibility

Company account fuel draws sit alongside daily cash and POS capture. Dashboards bring station performance, stock levels and operational alerts into view.
